         featuring copy/compare/format, smart loading,
         format translation, compressed diskette images,
         and much more.  Documentation includes context
         sensitive help, online manual, and a diskette
         tutorial.

Installation:  Run the included self installing .EXE.

Status: Shareware - Distribute freely through all channels.

Notes:

1.  This archive consists of this information file plus a self
installing version of the application.  The application when run
will completely walk you through directory selection, add
icons/short cuts, plus many other options.  The application is
distributed as a self installing program in order to simplify the
installation process.

2.  We recommend a 15 day trial period for our shareware.  However,
it will continue working forever.  We do not believe in any form of
a timed program.  None of our shareware is time limited in any way!
